The French are famous for there elegant hors d'oeuvres and the Mediterranean for their "Mezze" which are both served before dinner. These attractive little bites are palate pleasers packed with flavor.
Share your French holiday experience and surprise your friends with some new and exiting flavors of authentic French & Mediterranean finger foods.
Get introduced to "apéro dînatoire", a popular French way of entertaining. It's a social gathering where cold and hot finger foods are offered and paired with good wines. These bites should involve the least amount of prep time and are usually made a day or so in advance. Enjoy a selection of delicious bites throughout the evening while you mingle with friends without having to sit down at the table and follow the formal rules of a sit down dinner.

What makes this class different?

During this unique class you will learn how to make some delicious French hors d'oeuvres and Mediterranean "Mezze" that will keep your guests begging for more! During the class you will make 3-5 delicious hors d'oeuvres (depending on complexity of the recipe and time)
Here are just a few examples of what we could be making together.
Homemade paté or mini pita bread, espuma de foie gras, halloumi bites, addictive salmon mousse or a selection of verrines. For the Mediterranean "Meze" you will learn how to make a succulent seafood or vegetable appetizer.
Menus change frequently and is to the discretion of the chef.
Taste some regional wine while you learn how to make the canapés that pair well with the wine you are tasting.
For the preparation of the food, we only use high quality market fresh ingredients.
Get some tips and ideas on both casual and elegant presentation, just the way we do it here. A fun evening of learning, cooking, savoring delicious food and drinking good wine. If this sounds like the perfect evening to you, than this is the class for you!
